Pay Rate – $16.50-$18/hour (depending on experience)

✅ 1st shift: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM (OT on Fridays)

🔧 Working as part of a team to assemble an entire product or product component
🔧 Operating machinery that punches, drills, bends, rolls, or crops metal stock to fabricate snowplow components
🔧 Ensuring all products meet quality and accuracy standards
🔧 Adhering to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
✅ At least 2 years of assembly/manufacturing experience
✅ Ability to read, write, measure, and compute basic math
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ Positive, can-do attitude
✅ Flexibility and dependability as part of a manufacturing team
✅ Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
