**Assembler - $25/Hour - Weekly Pay!**

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $20 - $25/hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 3:45 PM // Friday 5:30 AM - 2 PM

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable assembler to join our team. The assembler will be responsible for putting together various components to create finished products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Gather and prepare parts and materials for assembly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble components.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and report any issues or defects in the assembly process.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices in manufacturing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $50000.00/yr.
