Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Shelby Co, AL. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, customer service, and staff management at the branch. The position must also ensure member satisfaction and retention by establishing relationships and rapport, addressing account issues, and making sound loan judgments. The position demands excellent interpersonal and member service skills, a strong financial operations background, and experience with consumer lending.
