A 300 bed Southern California Medical Center is seeking an Assistant Manager Diagnostic Imaging Services to joint their growing non profit healthcare organization. The Assistant Manager Diagnostic Imaging will report to the Radiology Service Line Leader and is supported by 4 lead technologists, and a multidisciplinary team comprising over 50 FTE’s. The Assistant Manager Radiology Services is responsible for planning and directing of the Imaging Service Line which is comprised of: Radiology, MRI, CT Scan, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, PACS and Imaging Files. The Assistant Manager Imaging Services collaborates with the Director to ensure diagnostic and therapeutic programs comply with all corporate and regulatory agency standards and procedures. The Assistant Manager Coordinates provision of Imaging Services with other medical functions and has overall responsibility for the technical aspect of radiological safety. The Interim Director of Radiology will be responsible for monitoring patient satisfaction and maintaining all local, state and federal accreditation regulations. The Assistant Manager Imaging Services will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training and reviewing technologists in all Radiology Specialties throughout the medical center.
