Job description: Under the direction of the supervisor, manage the product inventories to be able to receive, prepare, package and provide transportation of BloodCenter products in an accurate, timely, and safe manner. All of this must be done in accordance with quality system documents and all regulatory standards, while exceeding customer expectations. We will rely on you to process and label orders for blood products, maintain accurate written and computer records, and manage product inventory to maximize efficient delivery to our customers. We will rely on you to provide outstanding customer service when delivering and picking up blood products and samples. You will be helping satisfy critical needs of our local hospitals. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in a medical or healthcare setting, proven exceptional customer service skills, a valid Wisconsin drivers license with no moving violations within the last two years, and a high school diploma/equivalent. Medical Assistant training and familiarity with Excel and Access computer programs are a plus. Salary Range Minimum: $12.95/hr (Starting salaries are based on the job requirements and candidates qualifying education and experience.)
