We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical modelling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large datasets, building predictive models, and developing data-driven solutions to drive business decisions. This role requires proficiency in programming, data visualization, and advanced analytics techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models, statistical algorithms, and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders, to define and execute data-driven strategies.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and real-time analytics.
• Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and automation.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, AI, and ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, predictive modelling, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for data analysis and model building.
• Expertise in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational & NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data science environments ( AWS, Azure, GCP ).
• Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and optimization techniques .
• Experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
