Paint/Coatings Estimator

Are you an experienced Paint/Coatings Estimator looking for a new opportunity with a busy Contractor? We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join a growing team in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

* Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Paint Estimator or Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing & estimating projects delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.
* Work with General Contractors and Property Managers to promote company services.
* Bid Commercial and Light Industrial paint projects up to and exceeding $500,000.
* Specific experience in commercial painting required.
* Software proficiency: Planswift, Bluebeam, On-Center, (or equivalent).
* Ability to utilize technology to enhance client service.
* Must have a solid work-ethic and be a team player.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
