Job Posting: Senior Litigation Paralegal - New York, CA
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time (35 hrs/week) | 💼 Experience: 5+ years litigation paralegal (Big Law preferred)
A fast-paced, entrepreneurial law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support its busy litigation practice. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in all phases of litigation-from case inception through trial and appeal.
🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex litigation cases across state and federal courts
Draft and respond to written discovery
Coordinate eDiscovery , document review, redactions, and privilege logs
Support court filings , cite-checking, and Bluebooking
Assist with pre-trial and trial prep , including deposition and exhibit management
Conduct legal research and track procedural updates
Maintain files and litigation calendars in collaboration with legal teams
5+ years litigation paralegal experience in a law firm
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures (federal and state)
Tech-savvy: Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, PACER, etc.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
