MUST HAVE Non-negotiable: Active Cornerstone LMS Certification Job Summary: Certified Technical Experts, Inc. (CTE) is seeking a highly qualified Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator to support the Learning Management System, eTrain2, operating on the Cornerstone platform. The selected candidate must have extensive experience managing Cornerstone LMS within the government sector and possess the technical expertise to perform all contract tasks independently, without further training or development. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Cornerstone LMS Administrator, ensuring system functionality, performance, and security. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels in compliance with federal policies. Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and implement solutions for platform optimization. Assist in course design, development, and deployment within the LMS. Generate reports and analytics to track user engagement, training effectiveness, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cornerstone platform updates, enhancements, and best practices. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of the LMS. Minimum Qualifications: Certified Cornerstone Administrator (Required). Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Cornerstone LMS Administrator within the government sector. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of directory structures, file management, and system configurations. Experience in course design, development, and deployment. Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization, including vendors. Exceptional customer service skills with a responsive and solution-oriented mindset. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
