At Kelly®, we’re seeking Machine Operators to work at a cutting-edge food manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA.

\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
\n2nd Shift: 3PM-1:30AM M-F 
\nStarting at $23.50/Hr 
\n
\n Machine Operator:
\n• Attending and participating in daily pre-shift huddles on time to ensure smooth operations.
\n• Setting up, starting, and monitoring the palletizer machine, adjusting settings as needed to optimize product placement on pallets. 
\n• Inspecting finished products for defects before palletizing, ensuring proper labeling and coding, and reporting any quality issues to supervisors. 
\n
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
\n• Is committed to adhering to all PPE requirements.
\n• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management regarding food safety and quality concerns.
