About the Position State-of-the-art facility supporting a busy Level II Trauma Program . Work alongside a dedicated team of hospitalists, ER physicians, and trauma surgeons, with 24/7 PA coverage . PAs are first call , ensuring you can focus on high-level surgical care. Treat both acute hand and upper extremity trauma as well as perform elective hand surgeries , with a focus on building your elective practice . No billing or coding responsibilities - focus solely on delivering top-notch surgical care. Schedule of 10-14 shifts in succession , working through the Ortho Trauma Service . Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Orthopedic Surgery . Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Hand Surgery . Recent or current experience in Orthopedic Hand Surgery preferred. Location Practice at a hospital just five miles from the stunning Black Hills National Forest and a short drive from Badlands National Park .
