The Inspector/Packer (IP) is a manufacturing position that reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. The IP is responsible for assembling, inspecting and packing product in accordance to work instructions. Accurate record keeping and monitoring is required, as IP's must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Specific Job Duties & Requirements:

• Operate machines to maintain productivity, efficiency and product quality standards.
• Perform visual inspection and testing to ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Undertake data collection and coordinate with Maintenance Personnel to resolve machine errors.
• Perform secondary operations on molded parts as instructed by SOP's and work instructions.
• As needed, trim and clip excess plastic from parts.
• Pick up bins of parts from shelves under molding machines.
• Provide breaks as required by shift lead or Supervisor.
• Package parts in bags, totes or boxes as applicable per work instructions.
• Palletize product per work instructions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast paced manufacturing work environment. Injection or blow molding experience is a plus.
• Previous work experience showing good attendance levels and that used effective problem solving skills is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Demonstrate good judgment, decision-making abilities and potential for growth within the company.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply & divide).

This position requires availability to work on a 24/7 schedule. You will need to be available to work every other weekend.
Day shift: 6:30 am- 7:00 pm

Night Shift: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am
40-45 hours

MUST HAVE A 7 YEAR CLEAR BACKGROUND AND BE AUTHROIZED TO WORK IN USA
