Rare opportunity available for an experienced and dynamic Power BI Developer to join our growing analytics team at All Roads in Baltimore, MD. This role will be responsible for creating interactive, insightful dashboards that empower business decisions by turning data into actionable insights. This is an onsite role and preference will be given to candidates located in Maryland. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data integration and accuracy.
• Optimize performance and reliability of existing Power BI solutions
• Support data governance and security best practices
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying Power BI solutions
• Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling
• Experience connecting to various data sources, including Azure Data Services, SQL Server and Excel
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with Power Query, DAX and M language
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts
