Job Description Full-time, Hybrid Position.

Our client is seeking a Product Owner to serve as the bridge between their cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You'll own the product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure that the development team is aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the vision for the product and communicate it effectively to the team and stakeholders. Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, ensuring that the most critical and valuable requirements are at the forefront. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and marketers to oversee the development stages and ensure the product aligns with user needs and business goals. Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering updates to ensure everyone is aligned. Evaluate product progress at each iteration and provide feedback to the team. Lead the planning of product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. Analyze market and competitive conditions, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Familiarity with software development processes and comfortable with managing projects that involve technology components. Preferred Skills:

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
