Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a part time Project Manager.
\n
\n Company location: Solon, OH 
\n Temp to Hire
\nShift: Part time 20 hours per week (hybrid schedule)
\n Compensation: DOE 
\n
\n Responsibilities: \n

\n\t
• Prepare project plans and manage execution of the plan with Scientists and Managers \n\t
• Serve as the first point of contact with commercial clients during execution of programs \n\t
• Scheduling meetings, set agendas, and provide meeting minutes for internal and external meetings \n\t
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, and time sheet accounting \n\t
• Ensure team is aware of deadlines and deliverables and monitor their completion \n\t
• Assist the technical and business ops team to prepare proposals and reports for clients \n\t
• Monitor contracted work plans and prepare new proposals for expanded work plans \n\t
• Ensure first-rate customer service to client base \n\t
• Close out programs by ensuring completion of technical reports and other contractual requirements \n\t
• Other duties as assigned \n

\n Requirements: \n\n

\n\t
• A BS or MS in chemistry, pharmaceutics, chemical engineering, or other closely related field \n\t
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in complex project management is preferred \n\t
• A basic understanding of the formulation, analysis, and stability evaluation of Drug Products is required. An expert in one or more of these areas is preferred. \n\t
• Excellent oral and written communication skills \n\t
• Experience with setting, monitoring, and controlling project budgets and working with the Accounting team to prepare invoices and other documents \n\t
• Significant understanding of computers and software required for efficient program management \n\t
• Self-motivated individual with self-starting capabilities \n\t
• Desire to learn new and exciting skills and applying them to clients and programs \n\t
• Strong leadership and self-management skills are essential \n
