• Relocation assistance
• Support the advancement of case management as a leader, mentor, and consultant
• Business planning and project management experience preferred
• LCSW or LMSW license required
• Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience preferred
• 5+ years of hospital case management leadership required
• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle function
• Master's degree required
