Perform assessments, reassessments, progress notes. Clinic support as needed. If a Therapist role, will there be Assistant support? Yes, patient treatment per plan of care How many days of training/orientation are required prior to start? 2-3 days of training/orientation/shadowing Dress Code: business casual; black polo/zip-up with khakis **Site-specific HR credentials required: Step 1: need this info first Employees Information 1.
