The Regional Sales Manager (West) at RoliRoti is a new role reporting to the Director of Sales. He/she will establish strategic new accounts at leading grocery and club stores in the western United States. The RSM will be integral to the success of our commercial operations and have the opportunity to lead in the following areas:

• Sales Strategy & Forecasting
• Account Prospecting
• Secure New Accounts
• Plan New Launches / Promotions
• Account Management

Requirements

This role requires a highly focused and entrepreneurial person with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is motivated to achieve performance targets and is accustomed to frequent business travel.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of direct CPG sales experience ideally in a fresh food or beverage category
• Opened, managed, and grew accounts with large regional chains in the West and national retailers
• Introduced new category-defining products and led retail launch plans with grocery retailers and club stores
• Demonstrated consistent sales growth and quota attainment
• Developed sales strategy, including sales positioning for placement
